Research and Planning- Next idea for magazine

 

I zoomed in to the image i took of Georgia, as i wanted to use her eye and opaque the facebook image she gets tagged in, in the trailer on to her eye so it looks like a reflection, i did this as it keeps it quite clean and simple for my style of magazine, but also gives readers an inset to what my films about.

 This is what my magazine looks like when i have used the correct eye and added my title i used a gradient round the eye to make it look more spooky.

This is neally my final idea for my magazine, i decided to keep the font for my film quite simple as it relates to my type of magazine, i also used the colour blue as it is used a lot as its the facebook blue colour, to begin with i was going to use red but then i asked for feedback off my fellow students. I used the typical conventions of a normal magazine with the 3 colour based red white and blue.

This is the my first draft of my magazine, when i was going to use the computer background as my main image, i decided that when i had took the image and cropped it i was not to keen on the idea.

• Today we filmed the scene f the girl on facebook and unexpected gets tagged in a photo of her friend being tortured, we decided to do this scene as it reveals how people find out about Louise being kidnapped.
• This is the actor release form, the actress was my partner Laura but we still did this as it makes the trailer professional.

Planning & Research: Location Recee

• This is the location we filmed the girl being tagged in a photo of her friend 'Trevor West' we decided to do it , in my friends bedroom as it makes the mise en scene relate to the scene as its homely and shes checking her facebook like mostly in her bedroom.

Reserach and Planning: images for magazine

I used the SLR camera for the images for my magazine, i did this as the images on magazines are really clear and professional. The first 4 images are of the main actress Georgia who plays the young teenage who gets kidnapped i decided i wanted her face natural rather than what she looked like when getting tortured so it reflects on before she met the killer on facebook, i warped the image into eye to show the audience what my film is about an relate it to a social network.

I listened to the feedback i received on where i should place my 'coming soon' and i decided to use the same banner but move the title of the film to the other side, at the bottom i have put the website and production team i have got to add my logo which i have produced for my production team

Research and Planning- Poster audience feedback evaluation

• The feedback i have received has been very useful and i have acknowledged what they have suggested.
• Firstly by my mosaic image i uploaded my image on to the social network Facebook where i have over 1000 friends this helped me a lot with feedback in what genre it is and everyone knew what and has a taster to the trailer. 
• I asked if they think i should add other computer bar tool and insert coming soon many agreed, many evaluated on what they thought the trailer was about just by looking at the image this showed that the poster i had produced did its intentions. 
• Also people commented on it may not be clear enough the image so used the brightness/contrast effect on Photoshop to help me achieve this.

This is the feedback i've got off my facebook profile for my poster.

I have took it to account the feeback i have been given and experimented with the feedback.

I am glad my poster by the image i produced has made my audience know what the film i am advertising is about.

This feedback has helped me a lot.

Research and Planning: Unused Clips

Throughout filming i have filmed various shot types/positions to gives us a various number of shots to make the trailer look better and compare ad contrast the positions to make the trailer look better. Throughout filming i will upload short films of unused footage we do not use for are trailer to show other various cinematography.
